Troubleshooting
Try these checks if GlobalProtect does not connect successfully.
GlobalProtect says Not Connected.
Enter the correct portal address and select Connect. Confirm your computer has internet access before trying again.
The portal address is rejected.
Check spelling carefully. Use mfigp.mflex.com for MFI or msggp.mflex.com for DSG. Do not add spaces or extra characters.
The Microsoft sign-in window does not show my account.
Select Use another account and sign in with your MFLEX Microsoft 365 email address. Complete MFA if prompted.
GlobalProtect is stuck on Connecting.
Wait a minute for the embedded browser to finish. If it remains stuck, close GlobalProtect, reopen it, and try again. If the issue continues, restart the computer and contact IT.
I am connected but cannot reach internal resources.
Confirm the GlobalProtect window shows Connected, then verify you are using the correct resource address. If only one internal application fails, include that application name when contacting IT.
