Before sharing, connect to an approved MFLEX network and locate the room code.
Find the room code
Look at the TV or conference room display. Ditto shows a room code that identifies the receiver you want to connect to.
Use PC, Mac, or Chrome
PC and Mac users can use Ditto Connect. Chrome users may be able to share directly from the browser.
Allow required prompts
If Ditto asks for screen recording, browser, network, or device permissions, approve them so sharing can start.

Troubleshooting
Use these checks if Ditto does not connect or sharing does not appear.
The room code does not work.
Confirm you entered the current code shown on the conference room TV. Room codes can change, and each room has its own receiver.
I cannot reach the Ditto page.
Confirm you are connected to an approved organization Wi-Fi network: mflexempwlan, mflexvisitor, multek-sjnet, or dsbjempwlan. Then reopen the browser and try again.
Ditto asks for permissions.
Approve required screen recording, browser, network, or device permissions. If permissions are denied, screen sharing may not start.
The wrong content is showing.
Stop sharing and start again. Select a specific application, window, or browser tab if you do not want the full desktop visible.
Audio or video does not play smoothly.
Move closer to the access point if using Wi-Fi, close unnecessary apps, and avoid sharing high-resolution video unless required for the meeting.
